Terms and Conditions

• Minimum Order Quantity: Co-packing services are subject to a minimum order quantity, communicated during the consultation phase.
• Packaging Material: Standard packaging materials are provided. Custom designs or branded packaging may require additional cost and lead time.
• Label Design: Clients must ensure label designs comply with FSSAI regulations. Cocoguru can assist, but final responsibility rests with the brand owner.
• Advance Payment: A partial or full advance payment is required before production. Terms will be specified in the commercial agreement.
• Lead Time: Typical production and dispatch time is 1 week from final order confirmation and receipt of all necessary inputs (artwork, approvals, payment).
• Quality Assurance: Products are manufactured under strict quality controls. Clients are encouraged to inspect and approve samples before bulk production.
• Logistics: Delivery charges will be extra and based on location and shipment volume, unless otherwise agreed.
• Liability: Cocoguru is not liable for delays due to incomplete client inputs, label design non-compliance, or third-party logistics delays.
• GST and Invoicing: All transactions are subject to applicable GST. Invoices will be issued as per Indian tax laws.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Puttur, Karnataka.
• Brand Exclusivity: Cocoguru will not distribute your branded products directly or via third parties. We retain full freedom to market Cocoguru-branded products in all regions, including where your brand is sold.
